Realized in 1920 as a bike factory, the building was totally redeveloped in 1995 by a group of architects including Gianmaria Beretta, which have turned it into their architecture firm.<\/p>\n
The project has involved the demolition of two buildings originally at the plot\u2019s center, and the creation of a large internal courtyard and of an underground garage.<\/p>\n
The courtyard is the characteristic feature of the project, together with many elements as a \u201ctriage\u201d in the entrance, covering the view of the garage ramp, as the selection of a Milanese typical paving, and the placement of a big oak in the center of the courtyard, surrounded by wisteria plants along all the entire perimeter.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
