Federico Aldini

After graduating in Architecture from the Politecnico di Milano in 1994, he gained professional experience by collaborating for several years with the studio of architect Alberto Cesana, and subsequently working independently as a freelance professional. Alongside design practice, he carried out teaching activities at the Art Institute of Monza and served as assistant to Professor Paolo Caputo at the Politecnico di Milano (1994–1995). Since 1996, he has been working at Beretta Associati, contributing to major projects such as Orti Antichi, the L’Oréal Headquarters, and the Allianz headquarters. In 2008, he became Technical Director of design and Construction Management, also taking on the role of project manager. Since 2017, he has been a member of the firm’s Board of Directors and, since 2016, of the Building Observatory of the Municipality of Milan. After serving as Councilor and then President of the Order of Architects of Milan (in 2021), he was appointed Technical Director and Sole Director of Beretta Associati in 2025.

Giacomo Martini

Giacomo Martini

Giacomo earned a Master’s Degree in Environmental Technological Design from the Politecnico di Milano in 2015. Since 2016, he has been collaborating with Studio Beretta Associati, actively contributing to design, construction management, and coordination phases. His projects range from residential complexes, such as Hippodrome and Viale Montello, to service-sector interventions, including the new campus of Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and the new State Police headquarters at Caserma Montello.

Pamela Pezzini

Pamela Pezzini


Pamela obtained a diploma as a business expert and foreign language correspondent in 1995. Since 1997, she has worked in administration and customer care in technical-industrial companies. In 2002, she joined Studio di Architettura Beretta, where she developed administrative and management skills. Since 2012, she has been part of Beretta Associati, where she serves as Administrative Manager and Assistant to the Commercial Director, coordinating accounting, tender management, management control, and strategic support for business activities.
Andrea Valtolina

Andrea Valtolina

Andrea graduated in Architecture from the Politecnico di Milano in 2001. Since 2003, he has been collaborating with Studio Beretta Associati, contributing to design, construction management, and interdisciplinary coordination phases. His projects range from residential buildings to urban development plans such as Cascina Merlata, including related infrastructure and services like the Merezzate school, as well as large-scale interventions such as the port of Pinetamare.

Michele graduated in Architectural Design in 2019 and completed a Master’s Degree in Building Architecture with honors at the Politecnico di Milano in 2021. Since 2022, he has been collaborating with Studio Beretta Associati, where he is involved in all design phases and contributes to project development.

Silvia Pomodoro


After graduating in Architecture from the Politecnico di Milano in 2014 and gaining experience at Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa (2011–2012), Silvia began collaborating with Beretta Associati in 2018, working on several residential projects in Milan, including Via Bertini, Via Lutero-Talea, and Via Prati. Since 2022, she has consolidated her experience within the architectural team, working on projects of various scales, such as the redevelopment plan for the Via Gallarate–Via Cefalù area.

Stefano Vinci


Graduated in Architecture from London South Bank University in 1998 and from the Politecnico di Milano in 2000, Stefano gained international experience collaborating with firms such as Mario Bellini Associati, +ARCH, Cotacero Arquitectura/Alonso Balaguer Asociados in Barcelona, and Santiago Calatrava SA in Zurich. In 2010, he joined Studio Daniel Libeskind as Senior Associate, overseeing executive design and construction management of the Rb1 complex and coordinating the design of the Libeskind Tower at CityLife. He later worked as Architecture Team Leader at ARUP Italia, managing the project for the headquarters of a major pharmaceutical company in Parma. Since 2018, he has been part of Beretta Associati, contributing to complex projects and various stages of architectural development.
Matteo Longhitano

Matteo Longhitano


Graduated from the Politecnico di Milano in 2022, he built his professional path through collaborations with several architecture firms. In 2018, he joined Atelier Traldi, focusing on public competitions and urban design. In 2021, he continued at ACA, working on residential projects and refining attention to detail and compositional coherence. Since 2022, he has been collaborating with Beretta Associati, contributing to residential projects such as Mosè Bianchi and Via Carducci, and working across different design phases within multidisciplinary teams. At the same time, he participated in the competition for the Security Citadel in Rimini, strengthening his experience in public and urban design.
Beatrice Felici

Beatrice Felici


Beatrice earned a degree in Design from NABA in Milan and furthered her education with a course in Retail Design at the Politecnico di Milano. She began her professional career collaborating with various studios, working on interior projects characterized by strong graphic research and a design approach attentive to visual communication. In 2021, she joined Beretta Associati as an editorial contributor for the publication celebrating the firm’s 60th anniversary. She currently manages communication and public relations, coordinating the firm’s image through its website, social media channels, and editorial projects.
Davide Turri

Davide Turri

Graduated in Architecture from the Politecnico di Milano, he has been collaborating with Studio Beretta Associati since 2001, working on design and coordination in the residential, commercial, and tertiary sectors. He currently oversees the coordination of the firm’s design activities. He is actively involved in technical committees as an expert in technical-urban planning matters, including the regulatory portal “Dimmi” promoted by the Order of Architects of Milan, and participates in the Landscape Commission of the Municipality of Legnano. He collaborates with several municipal administrations, serves as President of Parco Alto Milanese, and is a board member of public institutions. He also speaks at conferences on design and urban planning topics.

Chloe Delia

Chloé Delia

Chloé graduated in Architecture – Built Environment – Interiors from the Politecnico di Milano in 2024 and immediately began collaborating with Beretta Associati, working on projects of various scales and sectors, including the veterinary clinic on Via Lorenteggio, the Chiomenti law firm office in Rome, and the residential building on Via De Amicis, as well as participating in several competitions. Since late 2025, she has been part of the architectural team working on the residential project on Via Fucini in Milan.

Luca Pietrogrande

Luca Pietrogrande


Luca graduated in Architecture from the Politecnico di Milano in 2018. He began collaborating with several architecture firms in Milan and, at the same time, worked as a teaching assistant in design studios at the Politecnico until 2023. Since 2022, he has been working with Beretta Associati, engaging with projects of various scales, from urban planning to building design, across all phases—from concept development to construction execution.

Marta Annunzi

Marta graduated in Architecture and Urban Design from the Politecnico di Milano in 2022 and immediately began collaborating with Beretta Associati, working on projects such as the new Università Cattolica campus, the residential development on Via Gallarate, and Piazza Alfieri. Since 2024, she has been part of the architectural team working on the residential project on Via Imperia, Via Treviglio, and the implementation plan proposal for Via Grassi, also participating in several competition submissions.

Stefano Merini


Graduated in Architecture from the Politecnico di Milano in 2014, with a study experience at the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia in 2012, Stefano has been working at Beretta Associati since 2017 as a designer and project leader, also actively involved in construction management. Among the major projects he has worked on in the Milan area are the residential building on Via dei Gracchi (2021) and the renovation of a historic building on Via Santa Margherita for multi-tenant offices (2018).

Morgana Nichetti


Morgana Nichetti graduated in Architecture from the Politecnico di Milano in 2017, beginning her professional path in interior design, retail, and exhibition design. She later moved on to larger-scale projects, refining her skills in integrated design and the use of BIM methodology. Since 2021, she has been collaborating with Beretta Associati as a designer, contributing to the development of various projects, including the residential complexes on Via Bistolfi and Via Vincenzo Monti in Milan.

Pasquale Loiudice

Pasquale earned a PhD in Architecture from La Sapienza University of Rome in 2017, after graduating in 2012 under Franco Purini. From 2013 to 2017, he worked as a teaching assistant and tutor in the university’s master’s programs. Professionally active since 2017, he joined Beretta Associati in 2022, supporting architect R. Beretta in the development and execution of residential interior and office projects.
